CHARACTERISTICS
Blackjak is an innovative, 100% natural liquid leonardite (SC), derived from highly decomposed organic matter (humic acids, ulmic acids, humin and natural nutrients), and is rapidly assimilated with the exceptional characteristic of having an acidic pH.
Blackjak because of its acidic pH:
- Allows a very good mixing, which creates a great synergy with most pesticides and fertilizers.
- Helps the roots to absorb many important trace elements (Fe, Mn, etc.) more easily, quickly and completely.
- Stimulates root and vegetative development.
Blackjak, when applied to the soil, helps to improve soil structure, reduce salinity, unblock nutrient absorption, promote microbial activity and increase the cation exchange capacity of macro and micronutrients. It also acts as a natural chelating agent for elements (macro and micro) that promotes the absorption of nutrients and then the translocation of the same elements in the plant.
Blackjak does not increase the pH of spray solutions (with plant protection products and/or foliar fertilisers). It improves the effects of phytosanitary products and allows a rapid absorption of foliar nutrients.
Blackjak is innovative and different because it contains HUMIN (the fraction of humus that is not soluble in any pH value) and ÚLMITIC ACIDS (the alcohol soluble portion of humic acids), components that stimulate and increase root growth, which are not extracted to obtain humin or ulmic acids.
Blackjak is an easy and quickly soluble liquid, which makes its use and conservation much easier.
Crop | Dose | Instructions for use |
Vegetable crops (tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, beans, melons, watermelons, cucumbers, courgettes, cabbage, lettuce, etc.) | Fertirrigation: After transplanting: 5-10 l/ha During the whole vegetative cycle: 4-6 l/ha per application |
Periodic applications during the whole cycle. It favours the effects of fertilizers and correctors |
Strawberries, raspberries, cranberries | Fertirrigation: 2-3 l/ha | 6 periodic applications, 2 weeks apart, during the vegetative cycle |
Citrus, fruit trees, table grapes, grapevines, olive trees, banana trees, etc. | Plant: 25 ml of Blackjak in 10 l of water per tree | At the beginning of the vegetative cycle |
Fertirrigation: 2-4 l/ha and application | Between 3 and 4 applications during the growing season, taking advantage of the applications of fertilizers and correctors (chelators)
Potatoes, onions, carrots, leeks, celery, etc. | Soil: In rows 2-4 l/ha After soil preparation and/or subsequent sowing Foliar: 1-2 l/ha and application |
1st application: at 2-25 cm height 2nd application: repeat the same dose 15-20 days later |
Maize, cotton, cereals, tobacco, sunflower, etc. | Soil: In rows 2-4 l/ha |
After soil preparation and/or subsequent sowing |
Drip irrigation, use rates of 2.5 l/ha | Make 5-6 applications per season
Maize, cotton, cereals, tobacco, sunflower, etc. | Foliar: 1-2 l/ha | 1st application: at 20-25 cm height 2nd application: repeat the same dose 15-20 days later |
Beet | Soil: In rows 2-4 l/ha | After soil preparation and/or subsequent sowing |
Foliar: 2 l/ha and application | 1st application: 10-12 weeks after sowing 2nd application: repeat the same dose 2 weeks later |
|
Other applications | Dosage | Directions for use |
Foliar application | 50 ml/100 of water | Fill the application tank half full. First add Blackjak at the recommended dose and then the fertiliser and/or plant protection products. Shake and apply. |
Seed treatment | Cereal seeds: 500 ml of Blackjak per 100 ml of water |
24 hours before planting soak/submerge the seeds in a solution of Blackjak at the recommended rate to promote faster in case of emergency |
Seed treatment | Cottonseed, potatoes, carrots, onions: 250 ml Blackjak per 100 ml water | 24 hours before planting soak/submerge the seeds in a solution of Blackjak at the recommended rate to promote faster in case of emergency |
Combined with correctors | 50 ml/tree (20 ml for young plants) with Fe correctors | It promotes the absorption of macro and micro elements |
STORAGE
The product remains stable for at least 3 years under normal conditions of humidity, temperature and ventilation in its original closed packaging. Do not store below 0ºC, and above 40ºC.
ADVICE AND INCOMPATIBILITIES
Due to its pH and composition, Blackjak can be mixed with most fertilizers and phytosanitary products. Specifically, the following combined treatment is recommended: Blackjak + Liqui k Express, or Magnofol, or Tonofol, or Perfectose, or Penalty. In any case, it is recommended to always carry out a preliminary compatibility test.
