CHARACTERISTICS

FERRALE® is a corrector for iron deficiencies (iron chlorosis) caused either by a lack of this element in the soil or because it is in a form that cannot be assimilated by plants.

Its formulation combines the rapid response action of iron chelated by EDDHA, thus favouring rapid greening, with the action of EDDHMA, which is stable in the soil for a longer period of time and facilitates the assimilation of this product in the long term. Thus obtaining an effective, fast and long-lasting effect.

It corrects iron deficiencies in any type of crop: citrus fruit trees, pome fruit trees, stone fruit trees, vines, hazelnut trees, almond trees, horticultural and ornamental plants.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

FERRALE® can be applied with any system: injection, tillage, blanket irrigation, localised irrigation, etc., as its special formulation is based on totally soluble micro-granules, with a solubility in water of over 99%, meaning that FERRALE® is totally dissolved within a few seconds. It is advisable to apply the mixture immediately.

It is advisable to water after application in those cases where FERRALE® is not applied with the irrigation water.

For better assimilation and optimum effectiveness, it is recommended to apply FERRALE® together with Perfectose or Humasol.

DOSAGE

  • Fruit and citrus trees:
  • a) Trees, before entering production: 5 to 15 g/tree.
  • b) At the beginning of production: 15 to 25 g/tree.
  • c) In full production: 30 to 50 g/tree.
  • d) Large trees: 50 to 100 g/tree.
  • Trees in nurseries:
  • 1 to 3 g/plant or 3 to 5 g/m2 area.
  • Vines:
  • a) Newly planted: 3 to 5 g/plant.
  • b) In production: 5 to 10 g/plant.
  • Horticultural and ornamental crops:
  • 0.5 to 1 g/m2 of surface.
  • In localised irrigation the dose can be reduced by 30%. Depending on the intensity of the deficiency, use the high or low dose within the above-mentioned intervals.

TIME OF TREATMENT

Preferably at the beginning of sprouting.

As the application is delayed with respect to this optimal period, it is necessary to increase the doses, even up to 100%, if applied when the vegetation is in full growth (from June onwards for fruit trees).

In horticultural and ornamental crops, apply during the active growth phase of the plants.

Application is recommended under technical agronomic advice.
